executive with 20+ years experience building and leading teams focused on
aligning customer needs and business strategy through User Experience (UX)
Design and Research. Arzan is responsible for Marriott’s core shopping
experience and platform including design, research, UX discovery, product
evaluation, and conversion- which accounts for $22B in annual revenue. Set
strategic direction and lead creative execution across brands and programs with
a specialized focus on scalable design solutions. Direct and inspire a team of
customer-obsessed designers to make the complicated simple and beautiful across
all platforms and devices. Prior to his role at Marriott, Arzan held several
leadership positions in the federal, finance and pharmaceutical industries. He
holds an MA in Advertising Design from The University of Texas at Austin and an
MBA from The University of Mumbai.
