In his current role, Yuhgo designs innovative new products and services for Fidelity clients and customers. His team uses a human-centered and business-focused approach to identifying and solving problems with a focus on rapid prototyping, experimentation, and results.
Alongside his team, Yuhgo looks three to five years out for technologies and changes that may impact customers in the future. He works to learn more about the potential of emerging technology, explores innovation globally, and identifies projects worth pursuing that can help Fidelity help their customers better manage their financial lives.
Yuhgo has experience in service design and innovation for healthcare as well. With over 10 years of experience managing projects and client relationships, he has designed innovative new products and services for healthcare organizations. Yuhgo worked with clients and stakeholders throughout the healthcare ecosystem including physicians, nurses, hospital administrators, pharma, payors, med device manufacturers, and of course, patients and their caregivers.
