Why Dave?

Dave Huber is a design practices lead across IBM's Cloud, Data, and AI portfolio - training design teams at scale.

He has recently worked with IBM design directors and the Chief Design Officer, to put global Design Jams, Design Shares, and Industry-Hire Bootcamps for 400+ designers across IBM, with a focus on The Business of Design and Competitive Intelligence for Design Teams. Before that, he was part of IBM's first Design Program Office, building their Enterprise Design Thinking badging and training program that has badged over 200,000 people around the world in Design Thinking.

Degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business and a Masters in HCI/design from Indiana University.
