Rich Gunther is a seasoned User Experience professional whose experience encompasses corporate, consulting, academic, and volunteer practice in both design and research. Rich recently took up the helm of the CVS Health design system team. Prior to this, he built and managed a team focusing on design systems and other centralized UX frameworks for UKG (formerly Ultimate Software). Rich also co-owns Ovo Studios, a usability lab and software vendor. He previously worked at Oracle Corporation as a Principal Interaction Designer, as a Principal UX Engineer at Calamp, and as a UX Architect at Rockwell Software. Finally, Rich serves as the Executive Director of the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA), where he was formerly President and member of the Board of Directors.
