Shashank is Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer @Cubyts - DesignTech platform for managing design strategy & operations. Shashank is also Managing Partner at Pentathlon Ventures, a fund which helps early-stage technology companies grow their business by providing expertise, eco-system & capital.

Previously, Shashank was the Chief Design Officer at Globant (post-acquisition of Clarice Technologies by Globant LLC). He grew the team to 1200+ high-quality designers, engineers, and business consultants. Shashank Co-founded Clarice Technologies in 2008 that specialized in providing User-Centered Design and technology development services to product companies. Clarice grew rapidly to 350+ design & technology experts working with leading companies in enterprise & consumer segments. He founded Quipus Design in 1992 - acquired by Frontier Software/Veritas India in 1999.

Shashank has core expertise in establishing high-performing teams to drive design-driven leadership in the organization. He has built & institutionalized user experience design functions at Globant, Veritas, Symantec, HFI & Siemens Information Systems Ltd. Shashank is adaptable, innovative, and insightful - he excels in a challenging environment and drives change by working with people & influencing stakeholders.

Shashank is a regular speaker at usability conferences across the country and occasionally teaches at NID, Ahmedabad, and IIT IDC, Mumbai. He conducts Design Thinking workshops for Managers, Practitioners & Students, and is a Chartered Member of TiE.
