Why John?

John Guillaume is the Chief Design Officer at Comcast Business. Through the use of modern design and development approaches, John and his team of software developers, product managers, operators, and designers set out to discover customer friction points that can lead to compelling, innovative solutions.

John has 25-years of leadership, product management, operating, and development experience in technology and telecom services. Most recently, John was Vice President of Product Management & Design at Comcast Business, where he also had product management responsibility for the $1.8B communications portfolio. Before being acquired by Comcast in 2010, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Product, and Marketing at New Global Telecom, the largest wholesale provider of VoIP and Unified Communications in the United States. He has also served in senior management roles at Level 3, Managed Storage International, Voyant Technologies, and Worldcom.
