Today’s executives are tackling the challenge of creating cultures of safe space and meeting outcomes for diversity, equity, and inclusion. In tandem, remote work has positively impacted the number of people with disabilities joining the US workforce rising from 3.7 million employed disabled individuals in 2021 to 4.2 million in early 2022. How might we better prepare for this growing group of workers through design and improved processes? How might we shift our mindset to consider inclusion at the forefront of business and design strategy? Where are the most significant opportunities for high-value, low-effort change that will leapfrog organizations toward inclusive innovation?
